Mark is a hands-on construction manager with a wealth of experience in residential construction. Mark has been in the construction business for over 30 years, beginning as a union carpenter and advancing through the trade and on to managing for many years large single and multifamily residential projects for one of the largest development and construction firms on the west coast, Mark shares the project management tasks including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor management and project reporting. He also has the extensive practical field experience to manage and quality control all trades and scopes of work. Mark is a resident of Poipu, joining Coral Sea two years ago and has proved himself a valuable member of the Coral Sea team on several projects in that time.
